By road from Sydney :
• travel on the Pacific Highway from Sydney CBD to join the Sydney/Newcastle Freeway (F3)
• Use the Gosford Exit and follow the Gosford/Terrigal signs
• Drive over Brian McGowan Bridge and through East Gosford shops
• At a major set of lights turn right into Avoca Drive
• Continue along Avoca Drive for approx 7 km.
• Just beyond Kincumber, adjacent to the small historic Church of St Paul , take the left roundabout outlet
• Follow signs towards Terrigal and at the next roundabout take the Avoca Beach outlet on the right
• Proceed along Avoca Drive to the next roundabout adjacent to a playing field. Take left turn out of roundabout and proceed through shops
• At roundabout in the shopping area make right turn and proceed until you sight the Avoca Theatre on your left.
• Take right turn at the Theatre and follow numbers on your left until you reach "our paradise" - #55 Avoca Drive , "Avoca Ocean Breeze" apartments
