 We have worked in the travel industry for many years but with all our travels we still feel that Avoca Beach is the best place ever - our "paradise". Having escaped to Avoca Beach nearly every weekend for the past 12 years, we decided to knock down our beach shack, and build these magnificent apartments so that we can share this unique and wonderful site with our friends, family and guests.
Mr. Hilton said the paramount feature of any holiday accommodation is POSITION, POSITION, POSITION. And "Avoca Ocean Breeze" has all THREE! We are located in the well-known "Bowl" area just up from the famous Avoca Theatre. OK we don't have the sweeping beach views from the hilltops, BUT we have filtered beach views and a very short, FLAT walk will take you to EVERYTHING! No you don't even need to use your car to enjoy the beach (patrolled in summer months), restaurants, shops and theatre. In fact, for those without a car you can come by train to Gosford, and a bus takes you right to our front door.
Our outdoor decks face North so that even in the winter the sun streams in feeling like summer - and this is the time to escape the crowds!!

Each Apartment is quite private with separate entrances and both have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, extensive sundecks for outdoor living and alfresco dining plus all mod-cons. We can even supply highchairs, travel cot and change mat for baby in the Garden Apartment - all free-of-charge! New bed linen, towels etc. are supplied so there is nothing to bring except your swimsuit!
